I'm Michael Maloney, and I run DittoTek: a mobile service operation that keeps production print and large-format equipment running across the Phoenix valley. When a plotter goes down, a shop loses billable hours. My job is to make that outage as short as possible.
In the field since 2004, and DittoTek LLC since December 2017. That time has gone into wide-format machines, commercial printers, and the software that drives them: RIP pipelines, network print queues, drivers and colour workflows. I show up with diagnostics, the wear items and high-failure parts I stock, and a plan. These machines have thousands of parts, so when yours needs one I don't carry, I pin it down on the spot, order it, and come back to finish the job. No ticket that disappears into a queue.
Sign shops, print shops, reprographics houses, architecture and engineering firms, and any business whose day stops when the printer stops.
